Chip Phillips has announced his retirement from Ernst & Young, effective in June. He is the office managing partner. Damian Klute will become the office managing partner and the transition will begin in January.


Carrick Brooke-Davidson has joined Williams Mullen as a partner in the environment and natural resources group. He had been with Vinson & Elkins in Austin, Texas, and has degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Texas.

Jim Driggs has joined Keith Harvey as a partner in the newly formed Harvey & Driggs. He had been with Cawthorn, Deskevich & Gavin.

W. Henry M. Jones has been named principal with CowanGates.

Whitney E. Nelson has joined Isler Dare as an associate. She focuses her practice on representing employers in state and federal court.

Chelsea Newcomb and Loretta Johnson joined Neumann+Dunn as Realtors.

Allison Patterson and Serena Meador are assistant property managers.

Kailey Bogaram is a senior property accountant.

Lenora Smith is a project management administrator.

Robert Darden Bell III and Jonathan Scott Zickefoose have been named partners with Keiter. Bell is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and Zickefoose is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

Elizabeth “Libby” Robertson has been appointed the chair of the TowneBank Richmond Board of Directors.

Benjamin R. Vonderhaar joined Capital Square as managing director, head of institutional fundraising. He had been with BlackGold Capital Management and has degrees from the University of Findlay and Ashland University.
