Anchored by an outpost for The Veil Brewing Co., the project at 4920 Forest Hill Ave. is nearing completion and will also be home to a Stella’s Grocery, Blanchard’s Coffee and a second location for Charm School ice cream shop.

Never big on retail or part of a national retailer due to parking; funny I remember the CVS that was torn down from the site that had lots of parking. Yeah CVS moved to the corner for better position but this site has a lot of history with national retailers through the 1990s/early 2000s. Great infill project.
