An automatic medication injection device including a driver (95), a retractor (190, 230) and a blocking member (180). Upon device triggering the driver is shifted proximally to move a device syringe, expel medication from the syringe0, and then to disengage itself from the syringe plunger. The driver and the blocking member have a complementary camming configuration by which the blocking member, during the driver shifting, is automatically rotated from a first rotational orientation to a second rotational orientation. The blocking member blocks retraction of the retractor when disposed in the first rotational orientation, and permits retraction of the retractor when disposed in the second rotational orientation, which retractor retraction withdraws the device syringe from an injecting position to a retracted position.

The fix events are presented to a human operator who may select and test each fix event to determine if the error condition is directed and, if so, the correlated break event associated with the fix event are merged together and added to a new runbook for the new computer-implement process.

Expansion module system

A communication module may be connected with a data bus and a voltage bus to a baseboard having a controller. The communication module may have a multi-port universal serial bus hub connected to the data bus from the expansion connector, an electronic device connected to the hub and the voltage regulator. Another communication module having a similar structure as the first communication module may be connected to the first communication module via a data bus between the multiport hub of the first expansion module and a universal serial bus hub of the other communication module, and may have a voltage bus connected to the voltage bus of the first communication module. More communication modules may be connected in a daisy chain or serial fashion to a preceding module, and so on.

Targeted recall of semiconductor devices based on manufacturing data

A system for providing a targeted recall includes a metrology sub-system for performing in-line measurements on semiconductor dies after one or more fabrication steps to generate in-line measurement profiles, a failure analysis sub-system for determining a manufacturing fingerprint of a failed die, and a controller. The metrology sub-system may further perform one or more measurements of the semiconductor dies after one or more packaging steps to generate package characterization profiles. The controller may generate manufacturing fingerprints for the semiconductor dies based on the in-line measurement profiles and the package characterization profiles, which are referenced to unique electronic chip identifiers. The controller may further identify at-risk dies by comparing the manufacturing fingerprints of the semiconductor dies with the manufacturing fingerprint of the failed die and direct a targeted recall for the one or more at-risk dies.
