Dale K. Nash, the CEO and executive director of the Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (Virginia Space), will retire in the fall. Maj. Gen. Roosevelt “Ted” Mercer Jr., USAF (retired) has been named to replace him, effective Aug. 1.


W. Martin Williams has joined Spotts Fain as a partner. He has degrees from Randolph-Macon College, the University of Richmond and the College of William and Mary.
