A microservice processing the transaction may request, from a locking microservice, a lock for the resource. The locking microservice may query a local cache to determine whether a lock exists for the resource. If the local cache determines that no lock exists for resource, the locking mechanism may employ a consensus protocol to obtain a lock for the resource from a plurality of clusters. If consensus is reached, a lock for the resource may be granted to the requesting microservice.

Anomaly Detection In A Split Timeseries Dataset
Patent No. 12189589
Methods and systems are described herein for improving anomaly detection in timeseries datasets. Different machine learning models may be trained to process specific types of timeseries data efficiently and accurately. Thus, selecting a proper machine learning model for identifying anomalies in a specific set of timeseries data may greatly improve accuracy and efficiency of anomaly detection. Another way to improve anomaly detection is to process a multitude of timeseries datasets for a time period (e.g., 90 days) to detect anomalies from those timeseries datasets and then correlate those detected anomalies by generating an anomaly timeseries dataset and identifying anomalies within the anomaly timeseries dataset. Yet another way to improve anomaly detection is to divide a dataset into multiple datasets based on a type of anomaly detection requested.

Automatic Failover Of A Non-relational Database
Patent No. 12189503
Disclosed embodiments pertain to automatic failover for non-relational databases. A machine learning model can be generated and trained with historical failover data. The historical failover data can be related to previous primary node failures or previous region failures of a plurality of non-relational databases. A non-relational database may be monitored for real-time or near-real-time data. The data can be input into the machine learning model to predict the likelihood that a primary region is in a failure state. A new primary node can be designated automatically when the likelihood satisfies a predetermined threshold. Data services are thus automatically transferred from a primary node in the failing region to a new primary node in a non-failing region.
