Another serving of RBS, please

BizSense is about to beef up its coverage with a new section that dives deep into the local restaurant scene.

The Dish will run the last Wednesday of every month and feature a recap of restaurants that RBS has covered, ones that we missed and ones to be on the watch for the following month.

The Dish will also feature a rundown of new menus at local restaurants, new chefs or owners, renovations, upgrades, name changes or anything else that’s not quite big enough for a full-on story but important for our readers to know.

One item that you should look to is the newest addition of Culinard, Culinary Institute of Virginia College here in Richmond. It is a school focusing on training cooks the proper way, solid techniques and training under some of Richmond’s most talented chefs. The school has been open since January and is really taken off!!
