The county’s vision includes more than 1,000 apartments, 300,000 square feet of office space, 125,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, a two-rink ice hockey venue and a 215-room hotel.
Terms were not disclosed but the deal is expected to include all 12 of the Scott’s Addition-based company’s clinics.

A new Goddard School, which already has nine locations in the Richmond region, will open in late 2022 across from the former JCPenney.
