A social media consultant is being sued for allegedly botching a website redesign and embarrassing the client with “misleading and defamatory messages.” Another plaintiff is suing for an alleged faulty hip replacement. Plus another vendor is trying to collect from SportsQuest.

Moving Day: November home sales over $500,000

With help from the Richmond Association of Realtors, RBS is adding a monthly data section of home sales greater than $500,000. Check out the list for November, which includes a rare modern house that sold in the City of Richmond near the river for $750,000. Plus lots of sales in Chesterfield and Henrico.
