A busy pipeline this week, including a $1.75 million property sale in Hopewell, an 87,000-square-foot lease in Manchester and a pair of land purchases by local homebuilders.

A cidery picks space in Scott’s Addition, retailers set up shop across the Richmond area and a Fan salon grabs a Carytown storefront.

A 100-acre lot in Henrico County changes hands, a development firm picks up 30 acres on Parham Road and a shipping company leases 46,000 square feet on Decatur Street.

Several properties change hands, businesses increase their space and the SunTrust Center lands a new lease.

Businesses move into Carytown and Monument Avenue and several firms sign large leases in Libbie Mill, Henrico and Chesterfield.

$2.76 million worth of real estate changes hands, including a former Ukrop’s property.

Health firms move into a new medical office park in Goochland County, a 10,000-square-foot warehouse off Midlothian Turnpike changes hands and more retailers and restaurants grab space.

A full pipeline this week includes the sale of a Richmond apartment building and Southside property, a pair of leases that total more than 60,000 square feet and a string of small business and retail leases.
