A closed Steak & Ale restaurant on West Broad was sold, while the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society leased 3,500 square feet and The National White Collar Crime Center leased 16,000 sf. And a small law firm leased 1,000 square feet on Monument Ave.
Ross leased 32,302 square feet at The Creeks at Virginia Center and Personal Chef to Go leased 6,843 square feet in Mechanicsville. Extra Special Parents, Inc. leased 4,900 square feet in Chesterfield. Plus a few multi-million dollar sales.
Red Hat, Inc. leased 7,042 square feet at 1001 Haxall Point in Richmond. Molina Information Systems leased17,330 square feet in Innsbrook, while Sports Factory, LLC leased 4,000 square feet in Brandy Centre in Henrico.
A new Bojanlges is coming to Hanover County. Meanwhile Dick’s Sporting Goods leased 50,000 square feet in Chesterfield and a woodworking shop leased 6,000 square feet, also in Chesterfield. Plus a credit union leased 5,000 square feet on Jeff Davis Hwy.
Tetra Pak Tubex leased 30,000 square feet in Louisa County. Tokyo Restaurant has leased 9,100 square feet in Brandy Hill Plaza in Mechanicsville.
Twin Towers Realty leased 660 square feet of office space at 1405 Westover Hills Blvd in Richmond. And Richmond Massage Therapy leased 2,000 square feet on Huguenot Road.
Top Gun Motor Sports leased 10,000 square feet at 10471 Cobbs Rd in the City of Ashland. Plus Boushra Mikhael purchased 7,980 square feet at 15 & 23 W. Clopton Street in Richmond from BB&T for $100,000
Sweet Frog Frozen Yogurt is adding another location, this time in Hanover. Plus The Whitlock Group leased a 25,296 square feet of office/warehouse in the West Creek section of Goochland. Plus an office building downtown sold for $7.2 million.
