Plaintiff says defendants were negligent in the care of Coleman, allowing him to fall numerous times, failing to properly administer seizure medication and failing to ensure he was seen by his neurologist, and on May 26, 2019, he had a seizure and fell from his bed, hitting his head and sustaining a vertebra fracture and a subdural hemorrhage, leading to his death on Sept. 6. Plaintiff asks damages of $3 million.
