1. What are companies looking for right now?
2. What skills should you highlight on your resume?
3. What are networking skills that will give you an edge?
Richmond, VA – November 10, 2008 – Due to the layoffs and impact on IT workers in the Richmond area, three local organizations have teamed up to help. Capital TechSearch will lead a workshop that will explore:
1. What are companies looking for right now?
2. What skills should you highlight on your resume?
3. What are networking skills that will give you an edge?
Two identical workshops are scheduled on Wednesday, November 19th Session 1 – 3:00 – 4:30 PM Session 2 – 4:30 – 6:00 PM The Markel Essex Building – Salons A&B 4521 Highwoods Parkway Glen Allen, VA 23060 For all questions: Peter Kaufman (804) 447-4032
Each session will also include small group career counseling with a recruiter from Capital TechSearch, an expert on the local IT market.
