Joining the practice from Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Terhune brings 15 years of general dermatology experience to an already robust staff of physicians. Dr Terhune is interested in all aspects of general dermatology but particularly skin cancers and melanoma.
In addition to serving patients since she became board certified in 1993, Dr. Terhune has been an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky and is a fellow in the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Margaret Terhune was born and raised in New Hampshire. She graduated Summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a degree in biochemistry. She attended Harvard Medical School and completed her internship and dermatology residency at the University of Michigan. She currently lives in Midlothian with her husband and 2 children.
