Raleigh C. Hobson III has joined C&F Bank as an assistant vice president. He is responsible for business development and acquisition of new small business relationships in the Richmond metro area. Most recently, Hobson served as a branch manager for Bank of Virginia. Hobson, a native Richmonder, is a graduate of VCU.
Real estate
Tom Kranz joined New Home Star as division president. The company markets new residential real estate. He said in an email to RBS that he is looking to hire another person who can help train sales associates.
Investment banking
Allan Cruickshanks joined the investment banking division at Anderson & Strudwick.
He was previously an analyst at Jefferies & Company’s Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Group in Washington (formerly Jefferies Quarterdeck). Cruickshanks attended UVA.
Technology
Ken Pullman joined Sklar Technology Partners as a systems engineer.
