The Fifth Federal Reserve District member banks elected the following directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond for three-year terms effective Jan. 1:
Alan L. Brill, president and chief executive of Capon Valley Bank, Wardensville, W.Va., was elected a Class A director.
Patrick C. Graney III, Maxum East regional president, Maxum Petroleum, Belle, W.Va., was reelected as a Class B director.
John Hassoun was appointed by VCU School of Engineering to an industrial advisory board. Hassoun is a senior VP of federal programs at ATS Corporation.

Wellaware Systems appointed Diane Doumas as director, shared services. Doumas has worked for more than 25 years at Sunrise Senior Living. For the past two years, Doumas has managed Vantage Advisory Group, a senior living professional services firm based in Virginia. Doumas attended the University of Texas in Dallas and has a master’s degree from George Mason University.
Wellaware Systems appointed Ronda Duckworth as director, partner services. She previously worked in marketing, provider relations and operations for Charter Peachford Hospital, Fox Run Hospital and Charter at Cove Forge Health Systems. Duckworth attended Georgia State University.
