That’s a huge amount of real estate investment. Real estate in U.S are now doing great and it is time to be back on real estate investment again.
Bert- you are mistaken…………………….the Real estate market (values) is going down. Most of these buildings are being leased —-what matters is the buildings that are being sold now will be worth a lot less next year and the year after and the year after, etc, etc………………
