Perini received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2003 and his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1999.
Perini is a member of the Richmond Bar Association’s Real Estate Section executive committee, the West Richmond Businessmen’s Association and the Rotary Club of Innsbrook. He also serves as the vice president of the Coal Pit Learning Center.
