Eric Finkbeiner will rejoin McGuireWoods as a senior vice president and partner in July. He will focus on the consulting firm’s national practice in the state capitals. Finkbeiner most recently served in Gov. Bob McDonnell’s cabinet as senior adviser of policy.

Terry Crum joined Wheat Systems Integration as senior vice president of products and services. He previously worked as director of forensic and dispute services for Financial Advisory Services. Crum has an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and attended the University of Richmond as an undergraduate.

Gene C. Layne Jr. has been promoted to branch operation manager at MBP. Layne attended Ashwood University.

Associations

Yvonne C. McGee will join the Virginia Bar Association as executive director in June. McGee served as executive director of the Fairfax Bar Association since 2000. She went to law school at the University of Richmond and attended King College.

Sheila-Hill Christian joined the Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity as interim chief executive officer. She is a former chief administrative officer for the city of Richmond, a former director of the Virginia Lottery and a former executive director of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
