Yvonne Cox joined Baskervill as an administrative assistant for the health-care studio. Prior to Baskervill, she worked for Cox Construction Services.

Susan Orange was promoted to senior associate at Baskervill. Orange is an interior designer with the corporate studio and has been with the firm for 10 years.

Bryan Wingold was promoted to senior associate at Baskervill. Wingold is an interior designer with the hospitality studio and has been with the firm for eight years.

Jay Woodburn was promoted to senior associate at Baskervill. Woodburn is an architect with the hospitality studio and has been with the firm for 16 years.

Chris Jones joined Mondial Assistance as product manager. He was previously a product line manager with Genworth Financial.

Robert Ragland was promoted to director of finance at Mondial Assistance. He was previously assistant controller. Ragland has an MBA from William and Mary and attended Randolph-Macon College.

Christine Herman joined Mondial Assistance as senior project manager for regional operations. She was previously vice president and senior project manager for SunTrust Mortgage. Herman attended the University of South Florida.

Patrick Young joined Mondial Assistance as vice president for e-commerce. He was previously a senior director of business development for Avis Budget Group. Young attended the University of Phoenix.

David J. Domster joined Mondial Assistance as a zone IT planning director. He was previously vice president of business process improvement for Circuit City Stores Inc. Domster attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Alec Snetkov was promoted to senior product manager for Mondial Assistance. He was previously a product manager. Snetkov has an MBA from American University.

Sally Witzky was selected as marketing director for the Retail Merchants Association. Witzky is founder of Traction Group, a social media and marketing consulting firm.

Melvin E. Tull III joined the Virginia Bankers Association as general counsel. Most recently, Tull worked as a partner for Hunton & Williams. Tull attended law school at the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech as an undergraduate.

Anne Ailor joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as site surveyor in the department of evaluation and quality. Prior to UNOS, Ailor worked as a registered nurse at VCU Medical Center. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Tommie Dawson joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as an allocation analyst in the evaluation and quality department. Previously, Dawson worked at LifeNet Health as a tissue/organ recovery specialist. He attended Virginia Union University.

Lana Drummond joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as an organ placement specialist in the UNOS Organ Center. Drummond is a former registered respiratory therapist for Chippenham Hospital.  She attended Texas State University.

Stephanie Giovannetti joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as an administrative assistant in evaluation and quality. Previously, she worked for American Security Group as an administrative assistant.

Harris McGehee joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as a SAS analyst in the research department. He was previously a senior analyst and analyst recruiting head at Cornerstone Research in Washington.  He attended the University of Virginia.

Brenda Boateng joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as a review board coordinator in the department of evaluation and quality. Boateng was previously a referral coordinator at Hospice of Virginia.  She has an MBA from Tennessee State University and attended Eastern Washington University.

Larita Jones joined the United Network of Organ Sharing as a review board coordinator in the department of evaluation and quality. Jones was previously a social worker and admission coordinator for Lexington Court Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Julious P. “Joey” Smith has been appointed to the Richmond Economic Development Authority’s board of directors. Smith served as chief executive officer for Williams Mullen until 2010.
