Denise Fansler joined McCann Realty Partners as vice president of acquisitions. From 2002 to 2011, Denise served as a director and vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for United Dominion Realty Trust.

Gabe Kachuba joined Dodson Property Management as a property manager.

Higher education

Megan Wallace joined the University of Richmond as director of business development in the Office of Alumni and Career Services. Wallace was most recently assistant director of career development at Wake Forest University School of Business. She has a master’s from George Washington University and attended James Madison University as an undergraduate.

Marketing

Grant Mizell joined INM United as digital account manager. Most recently worked as an adjunct instructor at the VCU School of Mass Communications. Mizell attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Technology

Alison Smith joined Morton Consulting as chief financial officer. Smith attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Craig Sandras joined Morton Consulting as a senior account executive. Sandras has an MBA from Averett University.

Entertainment

Richard Zimmerman joined Cedar Fair Entertainment Co, the parent company of Kings Dominion, as chief operating officer. Zimmerman is the former general manager of Kings Dominion. Before joining Kings Dominion, he held several roles with Paramount Parks and Paramount Communications.
Associations

Liz Pearce joined the Children’s Museum of Richmond as director of parent engagement.

Cynthia Coleman was promoted to compliance analyst in United Network of Organ Sharing’s department of evaluation and quality. She had been a policy analyst in the same department. Before joining UNOS, Coleman was with Altria. She attended law school at the University of Richmond and went to the University of Virginia as an undergraduate.

Brian Dudley was promoted to UNOS facilities and security technology manager. Dudley joined UNOS in 2003 as a system engineer and was later promoted to resource manager for the infrastructure engineers. He attended Virginia Tech.

Jessica Barber-Euresti joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. She was formerly a utilization review nurse at Wellpoint Anthem BCBS. Barber-Euresti has a master’s from Nova Southeastern University and went to James Madison University as an undergraduate.

Lois Walters-Threat joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Most recently, Threat was a staff RN at Fauquier Hospital. Threat attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

Jill Finnie joined UNOS as a communications specialist. Finnie was most recently with Aquent. She attended James Madison University.

Elizabeth Miller joined UNOS as a policy analyst the evaluation and quality department. She was formerly a case manager at BrownGreer. Miller attended law school at Washington and Lee University and went to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as an undergraduate.

Karen Rice was promoted from legal assistant to executive legal administrator at UNOS. Karen joined UNOS in 1992 as a special projects coordinator in the legal department.

Michael M. Conners was appointed a trustee to the board of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Conners is president of the Connors Foundation.

Charles H. Seilheimer Jr. was appointed a trustee to the board of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. He is president of the Seilheimer Foundation.
