Tiffany J. Bagwell joined Troutman Sanders as an associate in its multifamily housing practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Bagwell was an associate at Sinnott, Nuckols & Logan. She attended law school at the University of Richmond and went to William and Mary as an undergraduate.

Peter D. Strup joined Troutman Sanders as an associate in its multifamily housing practice group. Strup was formerly a project attorney at BrownGreer. He went to the University of Virginia as an undergraduate and for law school.

Finance

Bebe Jessee joined Monarch Mortgage as a loan officer. She was formerly with MetLife Home. She attended Elon University.

Byron L. Boston was promoted to president of Dynex Capital Inc. He joined Dynex in 2008 as executive vice president and chief investment officer.

Brett N. Bond joined Cary Street Partners as managing director in the firm’s investment banking division. Bond was previously a managing director of Triarch Partners, which he co-founded in 2003.

Pamela Embrey joined Virginia Asset Management as a financial adviser. She was most recently with Commonwealth Financial Network.

Architecture

T.K. Farleigh was appointed to a senior associate at Baskervill. Farleigh has served as director of MEP engineering for the firm since 2006. He attended Virginia Military Institute.

Krin Kirijas was promoted to associate at Baskervill. Kirijas has been an interior designer with the firm since 1998. Kirijas attended Washington State University.
