Ryan Charles opened a retail branch of Sierra Pacific Mortgage in Midlothian, VA. He formally was a partner with Virginia Mortgage Bankers. Charles graduated from Radford University in 2000.

Pippert received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. He started his career at the State Corporation Commission, and worked in finance and IT procurement for Reynolds Metal Company and Capital One before joining VITA in 2004 as associate director of SCM.
