Community Housing Partners purchased 19,800 square feet at 4915 Radford Ave. in Henrico from Hill-Davis, LP for $900,000.

Planet Central purchased 8,452 square feet at 9 S. 5th St. in Richmond from Virginia Chamber of Commerce for $600,000.

Commonwealth Galvanizing, LLC leased 10,600 square feet at 10988 Leadbetter Rd. in Hanover.

Muncie Power Products leased 4,800 square feet at 9407 Burge Ave. in Chesterfield.

Jianbo Zhen leased 1,200 square feet at 7110 Patterson Ave. in Henrico.

CBRE announced the following deals:

University of Phoenix leased 25,000 square feet at 9750 W Broad Street in Henrico County.

PartnerMD, LLC leased 8,800 square feet at 7001 Forest Ave in Henrico County.

FedEx Office & Print Services, Inc. leased 4,948 square feet at 1111 E Main Street in the City of Richmond.

BidSmith Auction Services leased 4,400 square feet at 306 Ashcake Rd in Hanover County.

Pharma Cosmetix Research leased 3,343 square feet at 7483 Whitepine Rd in Chesterfield County.

First Capital Bank leased 2,800 square feet at the Shops at Chesterfield Plaza in Chesterfield County.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced the following deals:

Seltzer Realty LLC purchased the 1,900 square foot office condo at 4424 Springfield Road in Henrico County for $237,000. The company, Groundforce IT, will operate at this location.

SDC I Patterson, LLC, an affiliate of Morgan Property Group out of Charlotte purchased the 3,573-square-foot former restaurant at 10601 Patterson Avenue in Henrico County for $1,125,000 as an investment.

Such a shame to finally see the old Borders property finally get bought out. I do wonder when University of Phoenix will ever open the doors there though – it never seems to have anyone there and renovation wrapped up back in December.
