Patrick Rogers joined NimblePitch as vice president of sales. Rogers has worked as an independent consultant and advisor to several technology and software firms, including Verint/Witness Systems, Spotfire Division of TIBCO Software, Nuance Communications, Dynavox Mayer-Johnson and PKWare. Rogers attended the University of Massachusetts and is an Army veteran.

Nonprofits

Jill Kelly joined the Partnership for Nonprofit Excellence as director of finance and operations. Before joining the partnership, Kelly was a finance officer with the Community Foundation, and she spent 13 years in state and local government in the data processing field. Kelly attended Old Dominion University.

Joseph Ngwenya signed with the Richmond Kickers. Ngwenya is a former major league soccer forward with eight years of professional experience. The Los Angeles Galaxy drafted him in 2004. Ngwenya helped the Houston Dynamo win the 2007 MLS Cup, scoring the first goal in a 2-1 victory over the New England Revolution.

Mark J. Kronenthal II joined Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank as a partner in the real estate section. His experience includes historic tax credits transactions, general commercial real estate experience and local and state government relations. Kronenthal is a member of the Virginia State Bar and attended James Madison University and the University of Richmond School of Law.

Marketing

Mike Broggie joined the Hodges Partnership and Hodges Digital Strategies. He will be vice president for business development at the Hodges Partnership and chief operating officer for Hodges Digital Strategies. Broggie was previously with Velodea, a California-based digital agency, as an account director and president.

Verisk Health announced the following hires:

Tiffany Kobashigawa joined the revenue and quality intelligence team. Kobashigawa has more than 12 years of experience in health-care marketing. She previously worked for WellPoint, Health Net and Kaiser.

Heather Traylor joined the revenue and quality intelligence team. Traylor has more than 15 years of marketing and advertising experience.

Accounting

Daniel S. Robertson is now a certified information systems auditor at Yount, Hyde & Barbour. He has been with the firm since 2008.
