A vintage furniture store is up and running in Church Hill.
Era Vintage, which specializes in mid-century furniture, cookware and lighting, opened its warehouse Sunday at 202 N. 21st St.
Some of the shop’s vintage offerings.
Before setting up shop in Church Hill, Era Vintage was an online retailer with a warehouse in Chester. Owner Diana Mathews said the new storefront should be more convenient for most of her customers.
“We wanted to get everything in one place and let people know we’re here,” Mathews said.
Mathews originally planned on launching the store at 2241 Venable St. but said she ran into too many permitting issues.
