JAYVIC, LLC purchased a 6,671-square-foot retail/restaurant building at 11129 Three Chopt Road in Henrico County from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. for $450,000. Susan Jones represented the purchaser.

Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints purchased 1.17 acres of land on Newman Road in York County from 64 Enterprises, LLP for $150,000. Greg Creswell represented the seller.

Piedmont Provisions leased 6,000 square feet at 2559 Turkey Creek Road in Goochland County. Jason Hetherington and Chip Louthan handled the transaction.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial leased 3,022 square feet at Hancock Village in Chesterfield. Loretta Cataldi represented the tenant.
