Greg Creswell joined CBRE|Richmond on the firm’s industrial brokerage team as a vice president.

Travis Bruce, a recent graduate of James Madison University, joined was hired by Dodson Property Management as an accounting assistant.

Jeff Castle, a recent graduate of Old Dominion University, was hired by Dodson Property Management as an assistant property manager.

Marketing

circle S studio, announced the following promotions and hires:

Tami Berry, director of strategy, has been promoted to executive vice president. Prior to joining circle S in 2008, Tami worked for Wachovia Securities and its First Clearing affiliate.

Katie McElroy, account executive, has been promoted to vice president. Since joining the firm in 2007, Katie has on the account management team.

Tim Asimos, director of digital innovation, has been promoted to vice president. Previously, he managed the marketing function for Timmons Group.

Alex Charalambous has been hired as a content marketing specialist.. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce.

Fenton Crowther has been hired as a marketing assistant. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College in May 2013 with a B.A. in English and literature.

Retirement home Covenant Woods named John Edward Dwyer Jr. as its new president and CEO.

Engineering

HC Yu and Associates Consulting Engineers announced the following organizational changes:

Keith Dignan joined the firm as director of electrical engineering. He has a BS in electro-mechanical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jaideep Karnik has been promoted to director of project management. Karnik has an MS in mechanical engineering from the University?of Cincinnati and a BE in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune, India.

Eric Haley has been promoted to director of mechanical engineering. He has a BS in Mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Trade Associations

The Richmond chapter of the American Marketing Association elected its board of directors for the 2013-2014 fiscal year.

Katherine O’Donnell, vice president of community relations for Richmond Region Tourism, was elected chapter president, succeeding Sally Witzky. Shade Wilson, principal of the Scalability Project LLC, serves as president elect and will rotate to chapter president in 2014-2015.
