Bill Bevins and Shelly Perkins announced that they would leave Clear Channel Soft AC WTVR-FM at the end of the year. The pair hosted the “Lite 98” morning radio show for the past 13 years.

Christine Mehfoud joined Spotts Fain’s litigation section. Her practice focuses primarily on representing businesses responding to administrative, civil and criminal investigations. Before joining Spotts Fain, Mehfoud was senior counsel in McGuireWoods’s Richmond office.

McGuireWoods announced that Bob Lewis will join the firm as its senior manager for media relations. Lewis was a Richmond-based journalist for the Associated Press for the past 28 years.

Reed Smith announced that S. Miles Dumville is becoming office managing partner in its Richmond office. After seven years at the helm of the Richmond office, Curtis Manchester will step down Jan. 1 to focus full-time on his commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Robert J. Proutt Jr. has joined Christian & Barton as a partner, where he will continue his legal practice focused on commercial real estate transactions, natural resource restoration and mitigation banking.

Michael W. Smith has been elected treasurer of the American College of Trial Lawyers and will serve on its executive committee. Smith is a partner at Christian & Barton in Richmond.

Capital Square Realty Advisors announced that Richard Byers has joined the company as controller. He will also serve as controller of affiliated companies Capital Square Holdings and Capital Square Management.

CBRE Richmond announced that Matt Anderson has been promoted to vice president.

Regency Centers named Luke Puccinelli director of property operations for the eastern United States. Puccinelli will oversee all operational aspects and identify financial opportunities for the company’s eastern portfolio.

Rodney Williams joined Long & Foster Real Estate in its Innsbrook office.

Technology

Lloyd Stewart joined Networking Technologies and Support as a SQL developer generalist.

Thomas Rowe joined Networking Technologies and Support as a deskside support specialist.

Ryan Judy has joined UDig’s Richmond office as a senior technical recruiter. Ryan brings five years of recruiting experience to the UDig team.

W. Taylor Reveley IV will be installed Nov. 15 as Longwood University’s president. He will be the third generation of his family to be inaugurated as the leader of an institution of higher education in Virginia. His father, W. Taylor Reveley III, is president of the College of William and Mary.

The board of directors of the International Economic Development Council has elected Barry Matherly as secretary/treasurer of its board of directors. Matherly is the senior vice president of business development for the Greater Richmond Partnership.
