Plaintiff says the outstanding balance is $13,791,436.11. Plaintiff says upon information and belief, Billy G. Jefferson Jr., principal of defendant, owns Historic Property Management Inc. and is the property manager and leasing agent, and that company directly competes with the leasing of the property. In addition, plaintiff says Jefferson was indicted on two felony counts of forging and uttering public records. Plaintiff seeks the immediate appointment of CompassRock Real Estate LLC as special receiver to take possession of and manage the property.
