Saks Fifth Avenue to Host EILEEN FISHER Tipster Event to Benefit the Visual Arts Center of Richmond

March 20, 2014 (New York, New York)– Getting dressed in the morning just got a lot easier with the help of Tipsters – – designer Eileen Fisher’s bevy of style experts – – who offer the best personal style advice and inspire women to find bliss within their wardrobe. On Saturday, March 22, 2014, Saks Fifth Avenue will host an EILEEN FISHER event in Richmond, VA featuring Tipster Amanda Meakim and Guest Tipster Lauren Rothman from 2 to 4, with a fashion show starting at 2:30 showcasing the Spring 2014 Collection.

This event is the perfect time to get “up-to-the-minute” how to wear style advice, straight from key trends. From the latest work style to everyday chic style, get advice on how to pair hot items, like denim with your favorite tailored jacket, and how to dress in sustainable fashion.

Shoppers who attend the EILEEN FISHER Tipster event, will have a chance to support a great cause. Eileen Fisher will donate Five percent (5%) of the day’s proceeds to The Visual Arts Center of Richmond. Also, Saks Fifth Avenue Richmond will donate Ten percent (10%) of the day’s proceeds February 21 and 22 to the Visual Arts Center of Richmond.

The Visual Arts Center of Richmond engages the community in the creative process through the visual arts. One of the many programs that The Visual Arts Center of Richmond funds is SOHO’s (Space Of Her Own). Their mission is to give each participant unique, hands-on art experiences in order to cultivate a positive view of her future along with the motivation and ability to be strong, confident and creative leaders.
