HCA Virginia named Zach McCluskey as chief executive officer of Parham Doctors’ Hospital, effective May 1. McCluskey has served as chief operating officer of Retreat Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond since August 2013. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
HCA also named Terika Richardson as chief executive officer of Retreat Doctors’ Hospital, effective May 1. Richardson has served as COO of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center since 2008. She received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Brandon Haushalter will serve as the chief executive officer of HCA’s Johnston-Willis Hospital, effective May 1. He has been COO of Chippenham Hospital since December 2012. Haushalter received his bachelor’s degree from Birmingham Southern College and a master’s from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Brian J. Watson joined the board of directors of the Capital Region Land Conservancy. Watson has been with the Federal Reserve Bank for 12 years. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
