The company elected James E. Nevels as a director effective June 24. Nevels, 62, is chairman of The Swarthmore Group, an investment advisory firm based in Philadelphia. He is also currently chairman of the board of directors of The Hershey Company, and chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He’s a graduate of Bucknell University, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
