Linda Nash is resigning as CEO of PartnerMD, a firm she founded in 2003. Nash is to be replaced by Steve Nardo, the current president. The changes will be effective Feb. 13.

Calvin W. “Woody” Fowler Jr. has been elected CEO and president of Williams Mullen. He is the practice group chairman and chairman of the litigations section.
Jeff McMahan has joined Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani as an associate. He will focus his practice on advising clients on risk mitigation and litigation management associated with corporate transactions and business operations, in addition to general business law. He had been with McGuireWoods. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond and two undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting from Virginia Tech.
Douglas M. Palais has joined Vanderventer Black as Of Counsel. His principal practice areas involve professional liability matters, including representation of insurance and security professionals, corporate directors and officers, securities litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage and the defense of lawyers and law firms.
