An outdoor apparel and camping store’s expansion into Richmond has come to a close.
GreenLife Adventure Sports has vacated its shop at 9691 W. Broad St. in the West Park Shopping Center. It shut down the West End store in April, less than a year after it opened in the 5,000-square-foot space, formerly a Hallmark shop.
Tommy Dunn launched GreenLife in 2012 with a location in Norfolk. That location is still open. He could not be reached for comment. A store employee in Norfolk confirmed the Richmond closure.
Its West Park storefront is available for sublease. Broker Jim Ashby of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handles leasing at the shopping center, which is anchored by Martin’s.
