Joseph Alan Nicholas II and Herbert H. “Jay” Whay Jr. have joined the department of member quality as compliance operations analysts. Nicholas had been with the Virginia Department of Transportation. He is a graduate of VCU. Whay had been with the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. He holds two master’s degrees, one from Virginia Tech and another from UR. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University.

Bridgette Winchester Huff is a UX design specialist in the communications department. She has a degree from Washington College.

David Bush joins Assura as a consultant. He had been with Media General Inc. He has degrees from the University of the South and VCU.
