Michael Robinson is retiring from Bon Secours Richmond Health System after 30 years, effective Oct. 31. He was chief executive officer of Memorial Regional Medical Center and Richmond Community Hospital, with oversight of Rappahannock General Hospital.

C. Walker Terry and Mohammad S. Imaad have joined Morris & Morris as associates. Terry is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Imaad graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond School of Law. They will both practice in the area of civil litigation. Terry will also focus on financial services litigation.

Jason P. King has joined the law firm of Ayers & Stolte as an associate. He will focus his practice on general litigation. He had been with Hall, Booth, Smith, in Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the Suffolk University School of Law.

Debra J. Barksdale has been appointed professor and associate dean of academic programs at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing, effective Jan. 4, 2016. She is currently professor and director of the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Nursing. She has degrees from the University of Virginia, Howard University and the University of Michigan.

Matt Johnson has joined Raymond James & Associates as a financial adviser. He had been with SunTrust Private Wealth Management.

Alexander Gaidamaka has been appointed vice president of chemistry, manufacturing and control with AmpliPhi Biosciences Corp. He had been with Personalized OncoTherapeutics Inc. He has degrees from Kharkov State Veterinary Academy, Ukraine.
