Glenda C. Word and Jon Dyer are site surveyors in the member quality department. Word had been critical-care nurse in the neuroscience ICU at VCU Medical Center. She has a degree from the University of Virginia. Dyer had been a critical care nurse with HCA Parham Doctors Hospital. He has a degree from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College.

Marc Edward Leslie is a safety analyst in the member quality department. He had been the violent death reporting system coordinator at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in the Virginia Department of Health. He has a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
