Jeremy S. Williams has been promoted to partner at Kutak Rock. He practices in the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and George Mason University School of Law.

Mark W. Jones, Nora Garcia Nickel and Stephen C. Piepgrass have been promoted to partners at Troutman Sanders.

Jones focuses his practice on the transactional, corporate governance and disclosure needs of public and private companies, with an emphasis on capital raising transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Nickel focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, specializing in the multifamily housing industry, including lender representation in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs.

Piepgrass focuses his practice primarily on regulatory enforcement actions and investigations, where he represents clients interacting with and being investigated by state attorneys general and other enforcement bodies.

Bryan M. Kirchner and Katharina Kreye Alcorn have been promoted to partners at Midkiff, Muncie & Ross.

Bryan has represented employers and insurers in workers’ compensation, liability and other related matters.

Alcorn focuses her practice the field of medical cost containment in both workers’ compensation and liability contexts.

Elizabeth Hodge has joined the financial services and real estate practice of Williams Mullen. She had been with Hirschler Fleischer. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, financing and leasing. She has degrees from the University of Virginia and University of North Carolina.

Lisa J. Hedrick and Benjamin G. Thompson have been promoted to partners at Hirschler Fleischer.

Hedrick is a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice. Hedrick has degrees from The College of William and Mary and Washington and Lee School of Law.

Thompson is a member of the investment management practice. He has degrees from Williams College and the University of Virginia.
