Jamie Baskerville Martin, Jeremy Ball and Dominic Madigan have joined the health care section as partners.  Martin will serve as co-chair of the section.

Charles (Chip) Carroll Jr. has been named as the executive director for IWINS. He is a founding partner of Carroll Business Advisors.  He has degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Richmond.

Frazier Fulton has joined Commonwealth Public Relations as an account manager.  She had been with Troutman Sanders.  She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
