The mortgage REIT reported its fourth quarter and annual earnings for 2015. Net income for the quarter totaled $32.53 million, up from $3.67 million the same three months of 2014. Net income for the year totaled $7.36 million, down from $18.63 million the year before.

New Market (NEU)

The petroleum-focused holding company filed its annual earnings report for 2015. Net sales totaled $2.14 billion, compared to $2.33 billion the year before and $2.13 billion in 2011. Net income totaled $238.6 million, compared to $233.2 million the year before and $205.4 million in 2011.

The company also disclosed base salary compensations for five top executives. CEO Thomas Gottwald receives a base salary of $992,300. Robert Shama, president of Afton Chemical Corporation, receives a base salary of $556,500.

Owens & Minor (OMI)

Director Craig R. Smith sold 11,026 shares of common stock at $37.87 per share for a profit of $417,554.

Director James E. Rogers gave a gift of 2,650 shares of common stock. He now directly owns 56,352 shares.
