Grace Chapman Elton, the horticulture director of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, is leaving to head the Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, Mass.

Law

Brian C. Lansing has joined LeClairRyan as senior counsel in the compliance, investigations and white collar, intellectual property and technology, and commercial litigation teams.  He has degrees from the University of Richmond and Wake Forest University.

Megan Scanlon has joined Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank as an associate practicing in commercial real estate and finance.  She has degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Seton Hall University.

Lisette Carbajal is community integration coordinator for the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services.
