Colonial River Wealth Management leased 4,115 square feet at 13872 Coalfield Commons Place in Chesterfield County. Evan Ocheltree represented the tenant.

Cognito Moto LLC leased 6,240 square feet at 3 S. Granby St. in Richmond. Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt represented the landlord.

Terraforge Communities Inc. leased 2,782 square feet at 1100 Boulders Parkway in Chesterfield County. Russell Wyatt and Jamie Galanti represented the landlord.

2nd Order Solutions leased 2,375 square feet at 4951 Lake Brook Drive in Henrico County.  Brian K. Berkey represented the tenant.

Brandy Creek Drive Realty LLC purchased 18.02 acres at Mechanicsville Turnpike and Brandy Creek Drive in Mechanicsville for $3.5 million. Wilson Davis and Tred Spratley represented the seller.

Pineapple Development LLC purchased Ginter Park Apartments at 3810 Chamberlayne Ave. in Richmond for $717,500. Charles Wentworth and Peyton Cox represented the buyer.

Phillip Morris Global Brands Inc. leased 1,084 square feet at 9201 Arboretum Parkway, Suite 155 in Richmond. Trib Sutton and John Carpin represented the tenant. Malcolm Randolph and Megan Sullivan represented the landlord.
