Dr. Rodriguez represents healthcare providers before boards of medicine, defending malpractice claims and representing petitioners of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has a medical degree from National University of Ireland, Galway and completed a residency program in Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Center South and is licensed to practice medicine in Arkansas, Florida, Virginia and the Republic of Ireland. He is a law graduate of The College of William & Mary.
Quirk represents professionals, including medical providers, in professional liability defense and correctional healthcare providers and jail officers in civil rights claims. He has degrees from Duke University and the University of Richmond.
