Coreen Silverman has joined Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle as a director on the medical malpractice litigation team. She had been a critical care nurse in New York and Ohio prior to becoming an attorney. She had been with Rawls McNelis and has degrees from the Kingston School of Nursing, Saint Joseph’s College and Case Western Reserve University.

Justin Feinman has joined Williams Mullen as an associate in the litigation section. His practice will include commercial and civil litigation and product liability defense. He had been with Spencer Shuford. He has degrees from the University of Virginia and Washington and Lee University.

Debra Dowd has joined O’Hagan Meyer as of counsel. She focuses her practice on immigration law and advises employers in developing policies that work for their multi-national workforce. She had been special counsel for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
