Dr. Robin Hemphill is chief quality and safety officer at VCU Health. She will serve as associate dean of safety and quality and the Dr. Gene N. Peterson Professor of Quality, Safety and Service at VCU School of Medicine. She will also serve as clinical professor of emergency medicine. She had been with the Veterans Health Administration and has degrees from George Washington University, Vanderbilt University and Syracuse University.
