John Burke has formed J.K. Burke Law Firm, which will represent corporate and individual clients in business and real estate.  He has degrees from the University of Virginia.

Joining Williams Mullen as associates:

Sean D. Hicks has joined the finance and real estate group and represents developers, investors, businesses, lenders, landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing.  He had been with Hirschler Fleischer and has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond.

M. Hannah Rudder has joined the finance and real estate group and focuses  her practice on the development cycle, from negotiating the purchase/sale of land, to site development, land use entitlements, financing, and leasing.  She has degrees from Wake Forest University.

Christel E. “Chrissy” Harlacher focuses her practice in intellection property transactions, including the procurement, assessment, registration and management of trademark and patent portfolios.  She has degrees from the University of Florida.

At the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond:

Lisa White has been promoted to executive vice president of supervision, regulation and credit.  She had been senior vice president and has degrees from Albion College and Wake Forest University.

Cheryl Moore has been promoted to vice president of corporate communications.  She had been assistant vice president and is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Bill Gregg has been appointed as assistant vice president for the national procurement office. He has degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Frostburg State University.

Liz Nance is director of communications for Virginia Repertory Theatre, effective Jan. 1.

Elizabeth Voelkel has been named the deputy director of the Science Museum of Virginia.  She had been with the Valentine Museum.  She is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington.

Dare Tulloch has been elected to the Richmond Association of Realtors’ board of directors. She is with Virginia Properties.
