Law

Franklin R. Cragle III and Joshua D. Kelly have been made partners with Hirschler Fleischer.  Cragle focuses his practice on business disputes and commercial litigation and has degrees from York College of Pennsylvania and the University of Richmond.  Kelly focuses his practice on tax planning, estate planning and trust and estate administration.  He has degrees from West Virginia University, the University of Denver and the University of South Carolina.

Architecture

Commonwealth Architects reports the following promotions:

Steven L’Heureux and William Keller are associate principals.  L’Heureux had been a project manager, specializing in mixed-use developments and multi-family residential housing.  Keller had been a project manager in variety of projects, including mixed-use developments, state and governmental work.

Kimberly Lloyd is a senior associate and is an interior designer.

Allison Throckmorton and Luis Gomez are associates.  Throckmorton had been the marketing coordinator.  Gomez has been an architectural designer and 3D modeling on multi-family residential and higher education projects.

Peter Dove has been promoted to principal with 3north.  He is the firm’s chief financial officer and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Nonprofits

Joining the United Network for Organ Sharing:

Christopher Allan Custer is a research analyst in its research department.  He had been with MECLABS Institute in Jacksonville, Fla.  He has degrees from the University of North Florida and the University of Alaska.

Jack Bates is an organ placement specialist in its Organ Center.  He had been a videographer/video editor at CineSports and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dustin E. Taboada is a support engineer II in support services. He had been with SyCom Technologies.

Natalie Foster is the director of community development and strategic partnerships for Virginia Mentoring Partnership.  She had been with the Junior League of Richmond and has degrees from the University of Maryland the University of Richmond.

Real Estate

Stoney Marshall, Peyton Burchell, Angel Holthus and Katie Kitchen have joined Hometown Realty.

Peyton Cox has been promoted to vice president with CBRE|Richmond.  He specializes in multifamily sales and acquisitions.

Consulting

Daniel Fry is a business coach and franchise owner with AdviCoach.

At McGuireWoods Consulting, MWCAdvocacy:

Gena McGroarty was promoted to vice president.

Missy Neff is senior vice president.  She had been with the Nature Conservancy.

At TMI Consulting:

Laura Bowser has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Milgo Yonis has been promoted to chief product officer.

Lou Lassiter has been named Richmond city auditor, effective Feb.1.  He is currently the deputy county administrator for finance and administration for Chesterfield County.

Haleigh Lader has joined Madison+Main as a client services coordinator. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Spang TV promoted Jordan Rodericks from senior producer to director.

Phil Snipes has joined UDig as a senior consultant. He had been with GE Healthcare.
