Jeffrey F. Geiger has joined the board of directors.  He is the firm’s general counsel.  Cullen D. Seltzer is business and professional liability litigation group leader.

W. Hall Carter Jr. focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax related matters, elder law issues, and corporate law and is with the business group.  He has degrees from the University of Virginia.

Christopher M. Mackenzie represents companies of various sizes, as well as local governments and community associations and handles a variety of transactional and intellectual property matters. He has degrees from James Madison University and the University of Richmond.

David C. Tait defends local governments in tax assessment matters and represents clients in commercial transportation and products liability claims. He has degrees from Randolph Macon College and the University of Richmond.

Patricia Sager has been promoted to director of marketing and business development.  She had been senior business development and marketing manager.

Jenni Booker Baker is the vice president of development for the Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  She had been with Richmond Montessori School and is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (Randolph College).

Tim Hassett has been appointed chief executive officer for TDBBS.  He had been with Beam Suntory.
