Departure

Josh Romano of Cobblestone Development Group resigned from Long & Foster’s Strawberry Street sales office, where he was a business development officer and consultant.  Romano is now with Oakstone Properties in its John Rolfe Parkway office.

Law

Thomas Coulter and Nicole Brakstad have joined the government contracts practice of O’Hagan Meyer as partners.  They are both from LeClairRyan.

Daniel J. Webster has joined Kane & Papa as an attorney.  He focuses his practice in consumer bankruptcy and reorganization.  He has degrees from James Madison University and the University of Florida.

Ryan Jenness has joined the Peake Law Group as a partner.  He focuses his practice on commercial leasing, sales and acquisitions, and borrower representation.  He has degrees from the College of William & Mary and Villanova University.

Nonprofits

Alison Owens has joined Jacob’s Chance as director of development. She has degrees from James Madison University the University of Maryland.

Joining CBRE | Richmond, the General Services Administration team:

Isolde Uecker is a senior project manager.  Niccole Jones is an assistant real estate manager.

Joining Dodson Property Management:

Chloe Haynes and James Wright are assistant property managers in the single family department.  James Robinson is a maintenance technician in the multi-family department.

Kevin Hall is executive director of the Virginia Lottery. He had worked for U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner as press secretary.

Retail

Sean Pumphrey is store manager with Ellwood Thompson’s.  He is the cofounder of Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewery and has degrees from the University of Montana and the University of Richmond.

At Virginia Commonwealth University:

Tomikia P. LeGrande has been named vice provost for strategic enrollment management, effective June 1.  She is vice president for strategic enrollment management of the University of Houston-Downtown.  She has degrees from Savannah State University, North Carolina A&T State University and Texas Tech University.

Aashir Nasim has been named the vice president for inclusive excellence, effective April 2.  He is currently interim senior vice provost for faculty affairs and director of the Institute for Inclusion, Inquiry & Innovation (iCubed).  He has degrees from Augusta University and Howard University.

Investments

Elizabeth Barrett has been promoted to marketing and communications coordinator for RiverFront Investment Group. She had been marketing associate.

Technology

Joining Networking Technologies + Support:

Carl Bernard Jr., Justin Byron, Benjamin Fowler, Darwin Powell and David Snead are deskside support specialists in the field services department.

Joe Witkowski is a field engineer in the field services department. Bradley Dunning is a systems administrator in the professional services department.

Tiera Jackson, Dominique Howard, Erica Trimiew-Robinson are medical call center specialists in the staff augmentation department.

Joining Waterstreet Studio:

Jill Nolt is a project director. She had been with Glavé & Holmes Architecture.

Jake Fox is a landscape architect. He had been with Siteworks Studio in Charlottesville.

Abby Chenault joins Towne First Mortgage as a loan officer in the Glen Allen location. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
