Tedesco, 58, was most recently COO for retail at BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and previously held positions at Santander Bank and Citizens Financial Group. She received her M.B.A from Northeastern University and her B.S. from Ithaca College.
Billy Beale, the bank’s former CEO, sold 1,000 shares at $40.45 apiece. He still owns more than 100,000 shares.
